Welcome to the first edition of the Wetherbridge! Our new school newsletter will share information and notable dates, highlight moments from around the school and photographs from all classes. We hope you enjoy reading it and sharing it with the whole family. This will serve as a wonderful record of your child’s time at Wetherby-Pembridge. The food and lunch routine has been a hit with your children. Our weekly menus can be found on the school website and if you go to School Life and School Lunches, the link is available here. We are about to launch our new reception plasma display and the menus and daily lunches will be displayed here. Jeff Zorabedian has taken some exceptional photographs and these will be displayed on the screen and around the school soon – the building is really starting to come to life. Watch this space! As we move towards our Grand Opening on Monday 30th October, could I please remind you to reply to Miss Garcia if you would like to attend. We will not run after-school clubs that night and all children must be picked up by 3.30pm. The evening will be a thoroughly enjoyable event and a chance to meet many of the School and Alpha Plus community. I am sure you do not need the reminder but we are closed on Monday 9th October for Columbus Day and school will resume on Tuesday at 8.30am as normal. Have a super long weekend.
