As part of our new partnership with Carnegie Hill Neighbors, we were honored to participate in their first annual film festival. Wetherby-Pembridge hosted a screening of Mr. Popper’s Penguins, a comedy starring Jim Carrey, and we had a full house! Wetherby-Pembridge families as well as adults and children from the neighborhood walked the red carpet and felt like stars at a Hollywood premiere. We all munched on popcorn and cookies during the film, with bursts of laughter filling Founders’ Hall. Thank you to Joanna Cawley and everyone from Carnegie Hill Neighbors for organizing such a lovely, family-friendly event that celebrates our beautiful neighborhood. We are so happy to be a part of it.
