Welcome back to the first edition of The Wetherbridge for the Autumn Term 2018. A warm
welcome to faces old and new and I know you have all been delighted to meet Miss Chantal
Wood who is teaching the Kindergarten and Miss Ariella Greene who joins the Early Years
Team as the Nursery Teaching Assistant.

New events and opportunities are ringing loudly from the rafters here as the new
academic year starts- I wouldn’t want it any other way! Amongst many other activities,
children can now take the piano, violin, cello, recorder and the ukulele. We are sponsoring some excellent family events in New York and the launch of our very own Parents’ Association this term has caused much excitement. Our new Tuesday Sports Club with Coach Beau and the Thursday Gardening Club have been an additional success with the children.

I have taken on the helm as Editor of The Wetherbridge this term and we hope you enjoythis Newsletter. Please do send this to family and friends and enjoy all the highlights we share with you every two weeks. Remember also to follow the School on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as these channels celebrate the daily and weekly successes across the whole school community. No sooner are we settled back to new school routines, we are now looking in earnest to September 2019 and our Open House Season. Many of you have commented that you are sharing our new marketing flyers across your personal networks here in the City and beyond. Thank you – this is how our school reputation is growing in strength. As I meet with my usual top Feeder School Heads, many are commenting on the ‘word of mouth’ that is clearly out about our School – Jolly good!

Have a super term – it’s good to be back and to see you all.
